Born and raised in Paris, Texas, Sabra brings small-town values and a strong work ethic to everything she does. With a background in banking and leadership roles in various organizations, Sabra is uniquely qualified to serve as Springdale’s next City Clerk.
Early Education
Sabra’s educational journey began at Paris, Texas where she excelled as a student-athlete from Elementary to High School, earning a scholarship to Stephen F. Austin University. She later graduated from Northwestern State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Career/Political Experience
Throughout her successful banking career, Sabra has rapidly advanced, currently serving as Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Signature Bank. Her commitment to excellence has earned her numerous accolades, including the “Chart the Course” and “President’s Club” awards.
Community Ties
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sabra has been a dedicated community leader. She is an active member of the Rotary Club, Executive Women International, and the Springdale Chamber of Commerce, where she has held leadership positions and contributed to various initiatives.
Sabra’s Small-Town Roots and Servant’s Heart
Sabra was raised in a small, close-knit Christian community, learning the values of hard work and service from her blue-collar family. Even as a 16-year-old movie theater employee, her determination and drive were evident.
Throughout her life, Sabra has faced personal challenges with resilience and a focus on personal growth. This self-awareness has fueled her lifelong passion for public service. As Sabra herself explains, “I just want to serve.”

A Devoted Family Person
As a devoted wife and mother, Sabra Jeffus shares a close bond with her husband Scot and their two sons, ages 17 and 20, who attended Springdale schools. This tight-knit family unit reflects the depth of Sabra’s commitment to her loved ones and the community she calls home.
